Chris Kent
Chris oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic planning at GCI. With over 25 years of construction experience, he has risen through the ranks from laborer to president, holding General Contractor Licenses in California and Arizona.
A graduate of Claremont-McKenna College, Chris is passionate about fostering strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and clients. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching high school football, studying American history, and spending time with his wife Stacy, daughter Paige, and their two Bernese mountain dogs, Kelsy and Sadie.

David Fiduccia
With 25+ years of expertise in financial planning and global project implementation, David ensures GCI’s financial health and strategic growth. A graduate of Vanguard University with honors, he is a detail-oriented leader dedicated to fostering efficiency and innovation.
David cherishes family time with his wife Jennifer and their two daughters, Emily and Paige. In his free time, he has been a supportive dance dad, soccer coach, and proud cheerleader at swim meets and field hockey games.
Trey Garcia
With over a decade in the construction industry, Trey got his start pushing a broom in the field and has worked his way up through scheduling, dispatch, and into service and project management. He’s built his career on hard work, adaptability, and a drive to keep improving. Trey thrives on new challenges and is focused on growing as a leader, both in how he supports his team and how he serves clients.
At home, he’s a proud dad to a 3-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son. He loves camping with his family, hitting the beach, and says being a dad is “almost more than I love GCI.”
Ed Gutierrez
Ed has over 28 years of experience in the construction field. In his first job, he started as a laborer and worked his way up to form setter and finisher. He then moved to another company in the city of Orange and worked there for 18 years. Starting as a service technician for approx. 10 years, servicing various retail and restaurant customers. He was later promoted to service manager assistant, handling job walks, providing job scopes, ordering & gathering materials, and daily dispatching of 5-6 service crews. Ed has been involved in a variety of projects, from ground-up construction to facility service needs. He always strives to provide quality projects on a timely basis, along with the best customer service. His personal goal is to be part of the growth and success of GCI. Ed is married and has 3 children, two sons (age 31 and 7) and a daughter (14). He spends a lot of time with his two younger kids, that are involved in sports, travel fast pitch softball and pony baseball. He likes taking family vacations and spending time in the desert riding UTV’s and camping.
Tim Skau
Tim has 20+ years of facilities management experience spanning from the field to the corporate office. He started working as a field tech in the gym industry, eventually working his way up to Regional Facilities Manager overseeing 168 separate locations nationwide. Tim looks forward to growing with GCI and working with a dynamic
Tim is married with two dogs and enjoys spending time cooking and taking trips in the RV.
Ian Christensen
With over a decade of experience in facilities management, Ian brings deep industry knowledge, strategic oversight, and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly. Ian spent five years at Brighton Collectibles before joining VF Outdoor, where he oversaw facilities for multiple retail brands across approximately 800 store locations.
Ian takes pride in delivering efficient, scalable solutions that support both store teams and customer experiences.
When he’s not solving complex facilities challenges, Ian enjoys watching and playing sports—especially cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers and USC Trojans. He lives with his fiancée and their beloved Golden Doodle/Bernedoodle mix Piper, who keeps life interesting and full of energy.
Edino Gutierrez
Ediño joins the GCI Team as a service manager with 20 years of experience in the maintenance industry. His career started as a field technician, and over the course of a decade, he was promoted to various positions that included managing customer accounts and entire service departments. He specializes in all maintenance needs with a focus on effective communication and a “boots on the ground” mentality. Client satisfaction is his priority, and he is committed to improvement and team success. His goal is to grow the GCI footprint in Arizona.
In Ediño’s spare time, you can find him with his wife, three teenage sons (18, 15, and 13), and rescue staffy Layla. They are likely off roading in the Arizona deserts, or up in Williams escaping the 120-degree weather. (My name is Ediño, but my coworkers call me Eddie)
